Reservations/Hotel Rates

To reserve a room at the special ASIP 2006 rate of $149.00, contact the Hyatt Regency reservation line at 210-222-1234.  Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.  Please indicate that you are attending the ASIP 2006 Conference and are government or industry to be eligible for the reserved blocks.  All government guests will be required to show a military picture ID upon check-in. Government reservations will be charged the current government per diem rate in effect at the time of the Conference and are in limited supply.   Hotel reservations must be made by 5 November 2006 to ensure the reservation at the conference rate.  Reservations made after the deadline will be subject to space and rate availability. Please note that both the special industry rate and government rate rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and not necessarily through the cut-off date of 5 November 2006.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

The Hyatt Regency San Antonio check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.  The hotel’s concierge service is available to all guests as well as many onsite guest services.

Hyatt parking is located directly across the street at the Central Parking System garage.

Self-Parking - $16.00 plus tax per night with in/out privileges
Valet Parking- $23.00 plus tax per night with in/out privileges

Conference Attire

In following with current trends, the appropriate dress for conference functions will be business casual.  Dress for the evening social functions will be casual.
