The Conference registration fee is $525.00 for all attendees, regardless of the number of days attended. This fee will cover attendance at sessions held on Tuesday, 28 November through Thursday, 30 November. It will also include access to the exhibit hall, handout materials, social events and meal functions as outlined in the Agenda.

Registration
To Register for ASIP 2006, either register online or complete and download the registration form and mail, fax or email it to the address indicated at the bottom of this page. Payment must be made by check payable to Universal Technology Corporation, or VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit card. Invoicing will be accepted only for Government Training Form DD-1556, which must accompany the conference registration form. Please note, if paying with a government IMPAC Card, it is not necessary to send the DD Form 1556 unless billing is required. Please annotate on the registration form the type of payment that will be used.

Cancellations/No Shows
Registration fees for no-shows and cancellations received after 20 November are not refundable; however substitutions may be made at any time. Please note that substitution of another attendee may be made at any time without incurring a cancellation fee if the payment is transferred to the substituting attendee.

Registrations will receive full refunds, less a $50.00 processing fee, if cancellation requests are received in writing prior to 20 November 2006. These requests should be addressed to ASIP 2006, c/o Universal Technology Corporation, 1270 N. Fairfield Road, Dayton, OH 45432-2600, Fax 937-426-8755. Cancellation requests should indicate the registrant's name and to whom the refund check should be made payable. Refunds will be processed four to six weeks after the conference.

Confirmation
On-line registrants will receive an initial confirmation notice that their email has been received. All registrants who have provided an appropriate email address will receive an email confirmation when the registration is processed. Receipts and conference materials will be available during on-site conference check-in.

Each attendee is required to check in at the ASIP 2006 Conference Registration Desk located in the Regency Ballroom Foyer.
